Areas - Delivery is confined to Sydney Hills & surrounds Monday to Friday. We only use our own trusted & experienced flower handlers for our flower deliveries.
Same Day - Flowers will be dispatched on the same day where order is confirmed before 11am. Orders confirmed after 11am will be dispatched the next business day.
Flower delivery times are guaranteed between 9am – 6pm.
Only in the case where the sender has listed a business name with the recipients address will the delivery will occur between 9am – 5.30pm.
Weekends and Public Holidays -Delivery is not available on weekends or Public Holidays. Where orders are received for weekends or public holidays the flowers will be dispatched the next working day.
Recipient Not at Home - In the event that the recipient is not at home, the flowers will usually be left in a sheltered position near the front door.
If the courier deems it not safe to leave the flowers they will return them to us and the sender will be contacted to arrange another delivery.
Additional charges for re-delivery will apply.
Incorrect Delivery Address - It is the sender’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. In the event where someone is at home at the incorrect address and they notify the driver that it is the wrong address the flowers will be brought back to our shop and the sender will be contacted to arrange another delivery. Additional charges for re-delivery will apply.
In the event where the sender notifies us that they provided us with an incorrect address, every effort will be made to recover the flowers. If recovered, the sender will be contacted to obtain additional payment for recovery and redelivery costs to the correct address.
If the flowers are not recovered Nati Roses will accept no responsibility for the loss.
Priority Delivery Times - Specific delivery times can sometimes be arranged if notice is given. Please call our staff on 02 9651 1375 to see if your request can be accommodated. A priority delivery rate will be incurred.
Flowers Not Received or Lost
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Nati Roses if an order does not arrive by the due date. Once we have been notified, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure the delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to the delivery date & will incur a $15 administration fee.
Flowers that have already been prepared or passed on to the courier cannot be cancelled and are not refundable.
In the event that a product is unavailable we will substitute a product of similar quality and value. This can include flowers, ceramic pots, tins, boxes, wrapping and ribbon, balloons and teddy bears.
Replacement and Refunds
Flowers leave our shop in optimum condition and are accompanied by a card explaining flower care. It is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the care instructions, paying particular attention to watering & positioning away from draughts, heat sources & fruit.
If, for some reason, the flowers are not in a good condition when they arrive please call our staff within 24 hours of receiving them to discuss the issue. We will request photographs to be emailed to us to help determine the problem.
If the poor quality is deemed not the fault of the recipient it is our policy to supply a replacement. The original flowers must be available for us to collect upon delivery of the replacement. The replacement cannot be left unless the original is available for collection.
It is not our policy to refund. In our experience fresh flowers should have a vase life of 4 -7 days. If, after following the care instructions, the recipient’s flowers have not lasted at least 3 days we should be contacted immediately to assess the problem and organise a replacement where necessary.
No complaints will be received after 3 days from delivery date.
NATI ROSES will not sell its database of customer details or details about customers to a third party. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! We respect the right of users to remain anonymous and will endeavour not to knowingly disclose user identities unless directed by a court of law.
When does NATI ROSES disclose the information it collects to outside parties. NATI ROSES does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. NATI ROSES may release customer information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of NATI ROSES, our users, or others.
What information do we collect and how do we use it? When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.
