REFUND POLICY

 

 

It is not Nati Roses International's policy to refund.

 

 

In our experience fresh flowers should have a vase life of 3 -7 days where correct flower care has been provided.

 

 

Flowers leave our shop in optimum condition and are accompanied by a card explaining flower care. It is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the care instructions, paying particular attention to watering & positioning away from draughts, heat sources & fruit.

 

 

If, after following the care instructions, the recipient’s flowers have not lasted at least 3 days we should be contacted immediately to assess the problem and organise a replacement where necessary.

 

 

If, for some reason, the flowers are not in a good condition when they arrive please call our staff within 24 hours of receiving them to discuss the issue. We will request photographs to be emailed to us to help determine the problem.

 

 

If the poor quality/short vase life is deemed to not be the fault of the recipient, it is our policy to supply a replacement. The original flowers must be available for us to collect upon delivery of the replacement. The replacement will not be left unless the original is available for collection.

 

 

If the poor quality is due to incorrect flower care by the recipient Nati Roses International will not replace the order.

 

 

No complaints will be received after 3 days from delivery date.

 

 

DELIVERY

 

 

Delivery is confined to Sydney Hills & surrounds Monday to Friday. We only use our own trusted & experienced flower handlers for our flower deliveries.

 

 

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you give your consent for our driver to leave the order in a safe place if the recipient’s premises is unattended.

 

 

Same Day - Flowers will be dispatched on the same day where order is confirmed before 11am. Orders confirmed after 11am will be dispatched the next business day.

 

 

Standard Delivery - all delivery fees quoted on this website are for standard delivery only.

 

 

Standard delivery occurs anytime between:-

 

 

9:00am to 6:00pm - Residential/Hospital/Clinics

 

 

9:00am to 5:30pm - Business addresses ***your order must stipulate a business address

 

 

9:00am to 3:00pm - School addresses ***your order must stipulate a school name in the address

 

 

                                                             ***customer to make sure the school will accept flower deliveries

 

 

Each day’s run sequence is decided on the morning of the delivery date according to the driver's schedule.

 

 

Priority Delivery – a 3 hour delivery window can sometimes be arranged. Please call our staff on 02 9651 1375 to see if your request can be accommodated. A priority delivery rate will be incurred

 

 

Weekends and Public Holidays - Delivery is not available on weekends or Public Holidays. Where orders are received for weekends or public holidays the flowers will be dispatched the next working day.

 

 

Recipient Not at Home - In the event that the recipient is not at home, the flowers will usually be left in a sheltered position near the front door.

 

 

If the courier deems it not safe to leave the flowers they will return them to us and the sender will be contacted to arrange another delivery.

 

 

Additional charges for re-delivery will apply.

 

 

Apartment Complexes/Units/Secure Buildings/Gated Properties - You must state if your order is being delivered to a apartment complex/unit/secure building/gated property & must also provide us with a mobile phone number for the recipient.

 

 

Your order cannot be left safely at the front door of an apartment complex/unit/secure building nor can it be left outside of a gated property so it will be necessary for us to call in advance to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time between the recipient and the driver. The recipient may choose a different delivery date if our driver's hours for the original date are not convenient. 

 

 

If our driver attempts delivery & is unsuccessful in gaining access to a safe place to leave the order because the recipient is not home and you have not advised us that access could be restricted and also not provided us with a contact number for the recipient, the driver will move on to the next addresses on his run & you will be contacted for further advice. An additional re-delivery fee will apply for the driver to go back to your address. 

 

 

Incorrect Delivery Address - It is the sender’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. In the event where someone is at home at the incorrect address and they notify the driver that the recipient is not known at that address, the flowers will be brought back to our shop and you will be contacted to arrange another delivery. Additional charges for re-delivery will apply.

 

 

In the event where no one is home at the incorrect address & the driver has already left your flowers in a safe place & we are notified by you of the incorrect address afterwards, every effort will be made to recover the flowers. Additional payment for both recovery and redelivery costs will apply.

 

 

If the flowers are not recovered from the incorrect address, Nati Roses will accept no responsibility for the loss.

 

 

FLOWERS NOT RECEIVED OR LOST

 

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Nati Roses if an order does not arrive by the due date. Once we have been notified, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure the delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

 

 

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

 

 

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

 

Our product is perishable and has been specially ordered, picked and designed by our florists & couriers have been booked in advance according to your order. 

 

 

Cancellations, for any reason, must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery date & will incur a $22 administration fee.

 

 

Cancellations, for any reason, received with less than 24 hours notice cannot be cancelled and are not fully or partially refundable

 

 

 

 

 

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION

 

 

In the event that a product is unavailable we will substitute a product of similar quality and value. This can include flowers, vases, ceramic pots, tins, boxes, wrapping, ribbon, balloons, chocolates and teddy bears.
